Section 55
Necessary Copies Of Bid To Be Submitted
In submitting a pre- qualification proposal, bid or proposal for a consultancy service, a bidder or proponent shall submit such number of copies thereof as specified in the pre-qualification document, bidding documents or documents relating to request for proposal.
82Provided that no bidder or proponent shall be deprived of competition for the reason that he or she has failed to submit such copies of the bid or proposal as required.
